Why I chose to teach Dru Yoga
I practiced a variety of exercise and stress reduction techniques including Pilates, Tai Chi, and Mindfulness Mediation (MBSR) for a number of years. Looking back these were all an attempt to alleviate physical pain and discomfort and settle and anxious and over-worked mind. They all helped, but in each ‘something’ was lacking. ​ Then I discovered Dru Yoga when a friend recommend a workshop to me. It sounds like a cliché, but discovering Dru was totally life-changing for me!
