Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a yoga mat?
No — mats, blankets, and props are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own.
What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable and easy to move in. Layers and warm socks are lovely for relaxation when the body cools down. I practice barefoot for better grip, but feel free to wear socks or bring grippy socks if you prefer.
Do I need to bring anything else?
A water bottle is handy (tap water is available at the venue).
It’s my first class — how do I register?
You can complete the registration form in advance and email it to me, or bring it along. If that’s not possible, just arrive 10 minutes early to fill it in before class.
Book a single class online or by email: donna@deerlightfulyogi.com
For block bookings, please email me directly — or we can arrange it at the end of your first session.
What is a typical class like?
We begin with gentle, flowing movements to warm up and settle into the body, followed by themed sequences, postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and a deeply relaxing rest to integrate your practice.
