I'm Donna—a Yoga Therapist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Breath Coach based in North-East Wales.
I’m passionate about living an authentic, empowered life—and supporting others to do the same.

This path led me to the transformative practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, and Breathwork. These tools have been invaluable in helping me create and maintain a healthy, intentional lifestyle—one that truly supports empowered living.

Discovering the ability of these practices to restore, enrich, and transform my life has felt like a true gift—one I feel deeply called to share.
​
My mission is to support and inspire others to embrace intentional self-care and make meaningful lifestyle shifts that foster vibrant health—body, mind, heart, and spirit.
​
For me, living an empowered life is rooted in a foundation of self-awareness and healthy, conscious choices. That includes yoga, meditation, a diet rich in whole foods, time in nature, and doing what I love.
​
My journey began over a decade ago when I started practicing yoga. It quickly became clear how life-changing it could be—not just for me, but for those around me. In 2014, I began my 350-hour Dru Yoga Teaching Diploma. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing yoga transform the lives of students, peers, teachers, family, friends, and colleagues. Each time, I’m in awe of how these ancient techniques remain so deeply relevant to modern life.

Motivated by the profound impact of these practices, I continued my training, completing the Dru Yoga Advanced Practitioner Diploma and CPD courses in Back Care and Wellbeing, and yoga for Kids and Teens. I’ve since trained as a Meditation Teacher, an Ayurvedic Health & Lifestyle Coach, and a Breath Coach.

Most recently, I’ve qualified as a Yoga Therapist—an experience that has been both humbling and illuminating. It deepened my understanding of myself and helped me integrate practical tools to support my own health and well-being amid the inevitable challenges of modern life. Even more importantly, it equipped me to empower others to do the same—and that feels incredibly rewarding.

I truly believe in the power of these practices to transform lives. When we give people the tools to transform themselves, we plant the seeds for a more conscious, compassionate world.
​
Currently, I teach yoga and meditation primarily in one-to-one or small group settings, both online and in person. I also teach yoga in schools and offer Ayurvedic health and lifestyle coaching, Yoga therapy sessions and Breath Coaching packages.
