Join this supportive yoga-based research programme designed to help you feel more grounded, resilient, clear and calm — on and off the mat.


What’s Included

Programme Details

  • Runs over 5 weeks

  • Starts: 8th Sept

  • Just 1 hour per week & light home practice between sessions

  • Participants complete a short health form on registration and two brief questionnaires (before & after) as part of the research study


Facilitated by Donna Davies – Yoga Therapist with over 10 years’ yoga experience
