Feeling anxious, stressed or low? Struggling with sleep, energy, or focus?
Join this supportive yoga-based research programme designed to help you feel more grounded, resilient, clear and calm — on and off the mat.
🧘♀️ What’s Included
Gentle, accessible therapeutic yoga & movement
Breathwork and guided relaxation
Weekly 1-hour group sessions
Choice of face-to-face (Cefn-mawr, Monday mornings) or online programme (Zoom, Wednesday evenings)
Videos and handouts to support easy home practice (approx. 15 minutes per day)
⏰ Programme Details
Runs over 5 weeks
Starts: 8th Sept
Just 1 hour per week & light home practice between sessions
Participants complete a short health form on registration and two brief questionnaires (before & after) as part of the research study
