How to Practice
Sit comfortably and soften your jaw
Breathe in through the nose
Slightly narrow the back of the throat, as if fogging a mirror with your mouth closed
Exhale through the nose with the same gentle whispering sound
Keep the breath long, smooth, and even
Practice for one to two minutes, or as long as you feel comfortable, and notice how your whole body begins to settle.
