It is my passion to work with people to make yoga and meditation accessible, so everyone can experience the therapeutic and transformational benefits of these practices.

Using the ancient science of Ayurveda we design a unique and tailored programme
This can be a mix of

Packages lasting 2 - 8 months and including between 2 - 6 sessions.
Prices vary from £108 - £240
All plans includes pre-assessment, consultation, initial and follow up treatment plans, check-in at 2 & 4 weeks, and at least one follow up session.
Initial session is 60-90 mins and follow-up is 45-60 mins
