I teach one-to-one and small group classes both in-person and online. 

 

It is my passion to work with people to make yoga and meditation accessible, so everyone can experience the therapeutic and transformational benefits of these practices.

One-to-One

This can be a mix on in-person, online and / or recorded sessions.

First session is £38 and lasts

Weekly coaching sessions, video & audio recordings of daily breathing practices,  tools to monitor and track your progress

We work together in four week packages, each costing £80.

Health and Lifestyle Coaching

In-person or Online

Using the ancient science of Ayurveda we design a unique and tailored programme

 

This can be a mix of

-Diet

- Life-style

- Therapies 

Therapeutic Herbs

Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork

Packages lasting 2 - 8 months and including between 2 - 6 sessions. 

​

Prices vary  from £108 - £240 

​

All plans includes pre-assessment, consultation, initial and follow up treatment plans, check-in at 2 & 4 weeks, and at least one follow up session.

​

Initial session is 60-90 mins and follow-up is 45-60 mins
