Looking for something fun and relaxing to do with your little one this school holiday? Join me for a special Family Yoga Workshop at George Edwards Hall, Cefn Mawr. We’ll stretch, play, breathe, and relax together, with a little break for tea, juice, and biscuits. It’s a lovely way to slow down and reconnect as a family. This session is designed for families with children aged 3 and up (no upper limit, everyone’s welcome from 3 to 93 and beyond!).
